Your derm practice has more bookings waiting than you think. Let's capture them.
Praxios is the clinic OS for modern dermatology — medical and cosmetic. Mole mapping that lives with the patient record. An AI that books annual skin checks. A full PMS underneath with imaging, biopsy tracking, and the billing your insurance coordinator actually likes.

You didn't become a dermatologist to chase mole-check follow-ups.
You trained to read skin. But somewhere between following up on last month's biopsies, reminding at-risk patients about their annual screen, and explaining to your staff why the dermoscopy images never made it into the chart — you stopped being a dermatologist and started being a data clerk.
Meanwhile:
- Biopsy results sit in an inbox until someone manually flags them as urgent.
- Annual skin-check reminders go out to whoever the intern can remember.
- Your phototherapy schedule is a paper booklet at the front desk.
- Your medical and cosmetic sides run on two different platforms that don't talk.
You don't need another booking app. You need the operating layer Zenith installs during the Build phase — productized, deployable in weeks, and built for the way modern clinics actually work.
Built for dermatology practices
Mole mapping, biopsy tracking, phototherapy scheduling, and the recall engine that actually fires on time.
Mole mapping & dermoscopy archive
Per-patient body maps with dermoscopy images, side-by-side comparisons across visits, and automated flagging for changed lesions.
Biopsy workflow
From sample collection to pathology result to patient notification — with auto-escalation on anything flagged positive and one-click follow-up scheduling.
Phototherapy scheduling
Multi-session phototherapy courses with exposure tracking, dose calculation, and per-session progress notes built into the standard chart.
Split medical / cosmetic workflows
One platform handles the insurance-side medical derm and the self-pay cosmetic derm, with separate reporting, separate catalogs, and shared patient records.
Three layers. One outcome: bookings that don't leak.
The AI booking agent answers every inbound message — WhatsApp, SMS, webchat, or Instagram — in your clients' language. The AI receptionist takes phone calls 24/7. The online booking page works from any device. Clients book themselves; your staff stop playing phone tag.
- AI booking agent for skin checks, biopsies, and cosmetic consults
- Online booking with service-type triage (medical vs cosmetic)
- Automated pre-visit photo upload for teledermatology
- AI receptionist for urgent lesion enquiries
A full practice management suite underneath the marketing layer. Clinical notes, prescriptions, labs, inventory, invoicing, tax-ready exports, multi-clinic reporting, role-based staff access. Everything your old PMS did — but on a platform that also handles the front-of-house.
- Structured derm clinical notes with ICD-10 coding
- Dermoscopy image library tied to the chart
- Biopsy result inbox with auto-flagging
- Split reporting for medical vs cosmetic revenue
Automated reminder campaigns tied to the medical record. Google review replies drafted by AI. Segment-driven marketing to the exact clients that need it. Your existing patient list, re-engaged on schedule — without anyone on your team lifting a finger.
- Annual skin-check reminder campaigns
- Biopsy follow-up sequences
- Cosmetic laser and filler seasonal outreach
- Review requests post-procedure
Why Praxios vs. a stack of tools?
Most clinic software does one thing. Your PMS does the medical records. Your marketing tool sends email. Your messaging runs on a staff phone. Your reminders are a sticky note. Nothing talks to anything else, and every month you pay four vendors to keep the duct tape from coming off.
We used to miss 30% of our annual skin-check recalls. With Praxios, it's below 4%. And the cosmetic side runs on the same platform — so we finally know where our revenue actually comes from. Our dermatopathologist literally asked what we were doing differently.
Built for clinic owners who are serious about what comes next.
- Solo owner-operators
Doing $500K–$3M a year and ready to scale without a 20-person back office.
- Multi-location groups
Consolidating 2–20 clinics onto a single data model with shared staff, inventory, and reporting.
- New clinics launching
Going live with modern infra from day one — no legacy PMS to migrate away from.
- Existing Zenith clients
Already engaged in the Build phase and ready to operationalize the software layer.
We've already built this.
Praxios is not a weekend hackathon. It's the software layer Zenith has been deploying inside real clinics across three continents for years — productized, polished, and ready to ship into yours in weeks.

Where is Praxios available?
Praxios operates out of three headquarters — Miami, Dubai, and Hong Kong — with clinics already live across the US, the Middle East, and Asia. The platform is built to handle local payment methods, languages, and regulatory quirks in each market, so if you’re in one of those regions we’re probably already running inside a clinic near you.
Which languages does the AI booking agent handle?
Natively: English, Arabic, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish, with more added on demand. The agent detects the client’s language automatically and responds in-kind. Meta templates are pre-approved per language during onboarding so you never get blocked by your own WhatsApp API.
Does Praxios replace my current practice management system?
Yes. Praxios is a full PMS — consultations, structured clinical notes, prescriptions, lab results, inventory, invoicing, tax-ready exports, and multi-clinic reporting are all built in. Most customers retire two to four legacy tools during migration.
What is the relationship with Zenith Strategic Consulting?
Praxios is Zenith’s productized Build-phase software. Zenith’s broader Build → Scale → Exit framework covers strategic advisory, operations consulting, and M&A support. Praxios is specifically the software layer that Zenith’s Build team deploys inside clinics during Phase 1 — and most customers adopt the platform before ever signing up for the consulting side.
What does it cost?
There are two components: a one-time implementation fee (scoped to clinic size and number of locations) and a monthly platform fee. We quote live during the discovery call after looking at your operations — no pricing games, no seat-based surprises.
Do you work with clinics that aren’t Zenith consulting clients?
Absolutely. Most Praxios customers start with the software alone and engage Zenith’s broader strategy work only if and when it makes sense. The platform stands on its own.
